Bank Fees and Charges

• Document Fee (Event), Amount: 60.00. Additional Information: $60.00 per hour (subject to minimum $10.00 per copy). Payable if you request copies of documents such as withdrawal forms or statements, or you ask us to verify a transaction performed on your Account e.g. evidence of a Visa Debit Card purchase.

• Late Payment Fee (Event), Amount: 10.00. Additional Information: Payable when you do not make a required payment by the due date in any month.

• Annual Fee (Periodic), Amount: 49.00. Additional Information: Payable annually in arrears on the anniversary of approval of your application. Waived if Package Home Loan held.

• Replacement Card Fee (australia) (Event), Amount: 10.00. Additional Information: Payable if you request a replacement card within Australia, payable when the request is processed.
